Total Voting Rights
Franchise Brands plc, a multi-brand international franchisor, announces that the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises 78,127,423 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 25,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 78,102,423.
The figure of 78,102,423 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
