Issue of Equity
Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Ltd. (the "Company"), incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("BVI"), announces that following the announcement made on 17 June, it has issued the 8,638,535 New Ordinary Shares in the Company as set out in the earlier announcement. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Admission is now expected to take place on 16 July 2019.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 51,852,822 Ordinary Shares in issue.
