On 22 May 2018, Roger Witts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company transferred a total of 12,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")to his wife Paula Cecelia Witts for nil consideration.
Mr Witts has retained the balance of his shares in the Company of 96,680.
