Focus Xplore PLC (AIM: FOX), the strategic energy and critical minerals exploration and development company, announces the following in conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"):

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,269,420,573 ordinary shares of 0.01p each with voting rights. There are no shares currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 2,269,420,573 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
