Dividend timetable

4imprint Group plc announces that it has declared a final dividend of 9.6p per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.

The dividend is payable on 9 May 2012 (subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company) to holders of ordinary shares on the register of members of the Company as at close of business on 10 April 2012. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 4 April 2012.
