Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons.
The Company received notification on 19 March 2021 from John Gibney, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, informing it that, on 18 March 2021, he and Gabrielle Gibney, his wife, each purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence in the Company at £23.20 per share (a total of 3,000 ordinary shares).
As a result, the total interest of John Gibney in the Company is 3,000 shares representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital."
