Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 12 March 2020 that Mr. Patrick Harrison, the son and a person closely associated with Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer, had purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of 264.74 pence per share on 12 March 2020.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
