Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 2 April 2019 that on the same day Katherine Innes Ker, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of £2.9768.
Katherine Innes Ker's total beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company now stands at 1,000 ordinary shares.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
