Forterra plc (the "Company")
Director / PCA Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 5 February 2021 that on the same day the following share transactions took place (the "Transactions"):
Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer sold 23,589 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £2.60.
Stephen Harrison's spouse, Linda Harrison sold 11,111 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £2.60.
The Transactions were made using Ordinary Shares bought privately and the sale was for the purpose of using 2020/1 capital gains tax allowances.
Stephen Harrison's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse now stands at 242,318.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
