Update re Share Purchase Plan Allotments

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME) announces, further to its announcement of 12 September 2022, that, due to rounding of the pro rata scaling-back of the number of new Ordinary shares being issued pursuant to the SPP, the previously disclosed figure of 8,000,000 new Ordinary Shares has been revised to 7,999,998 new Ordinary Shares (the "SPP Shares").

Admission to trading on AIM and revised total voting rights

Application has been made to London Stock Exchange plc for admission of the revised number of 7,999,998 SPP Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the SPP Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on or around 15 September 2022.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and the total voting rights in the Company, on Admission, will therefore be 402,541,181. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the notification provisions incorporated into the Company's constitution.
