Director's Dealing
Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME) announces that Mr Jardee Kininmonth, CEO and Managing Director of the Company, has acquired, via market purchases, 250,000 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of A$0.125 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr Kininmonth is now interested in 788,605 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital and 2,400,000 performance rights (with various vesting targets and expiring on 31 January 2025) under the Company's Performance Rights Plan.
Further details are provided in the below PDMR Notification Form, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended.
