Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Flybe notifies the market that, as at 12 March 2014, the Group's issued share capital consists of 216,654,801 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Each share carries, in relation to all circumstances, the right to one vote at general meetings of the Company. The Group does not hold any treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 216,654,801.

The above figure (216,654,801) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Flybe under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
