Flybe announces that on 10 February 2015, the following director share purchase of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Philip de Klerk, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 26,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company each at a price of 0.575 pounds per share.
Following this transaction, his beneficial interest in the Company is as follows:
