Board Changes

Flybe Group plc ("Flybe") announces that Heather Lawrence has today joined the Board as a non-executive director. 

Heather's career has been in finance and investment banking, for Credit Suisse First Boston and then as a Managing Director in Schroders/Citigroup Global Markets, where she set up Citigroup's aviation and travel team. She has also served as a non-executive director at Wizz Air PLC.

Heather is currently managing investments for a family office. She is a qualified accountant and graduate from Exeter University.

Heather will join the Nomination, Remuneration and Audit committees with immediate effect.

David Kappler, non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee, has informed the Board that he intends to retire at this year's AGM.

Heather was previously a director at Wizz Air PLC (until 2014). There is nothing further to disclose in relation to these appointment under LR9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
