Trading update, notice of results and notice of AGM
Falanx Group Limited (AIM: FLX), the global cyber security and intelligence services provider, announces that its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2019 will be released on 3 December 2019. These will show revenue growth of approximately 20% as compared with the first six months of the prior period.
Falanx will hold its AGM at 11:00am on 3 December 2019 at the offices of BDO at 150 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4AB.
A notice of AGM will shortly posted to those shareholders who have requested hard copies and electronic copies will be available to download on the Company's website at www.falanx.com/falanx-group-investor-information in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
