PDMR dealing
Falanx Group Limited (AIM: FLX), the AIM listed cyber security business, announces that today Mike Read, CEO, acquired 444,247 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.05 pence per share. Similarly, Ian Selby, CFO, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company today at 1.09 pence per share.
Following this acquisition, Mike Read and Ian Selby are now interested in 16,258,187 and 2,719,348 ordinary shares in the Company respectively representing 3.09% and 0.52% of the current issued share capital respectively.
