Issue of Equity

Falanx Group (AIM:FLX) announces that, on 9 November 2016, the Company issued 150,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of the exercise of warrants. The warrants were exercised at a price of six pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the terms of the warrant instrument issued by the Company on 5 May 2016 as previously notified.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"), which is expected to take place on or around 8.00a.m. on 15 November 2016. The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and rank equally in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, including the right to receive any dividend or other distribution declared, made or paid after Admission.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 124,980,904 Ordinary Shares carrying one vote per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
