Director/PDMR Share dealing
The Company has been notified that, on 30 April 2021, Roy Sayers, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at a price of 140 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr. Sayers holds a beneficial interest in 8,488,720* Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 29.2% of the Company's issued share capital and has confirmed to the Board that, currently, he has no intention of selling any further shares.
* Includes 7,926,560 shares held by the Meredian Settlement Trust. Roy Sayers is the settlor and trustee of the Trust. Jason Sayers is a life tenant and he and Mrs. Dawn Sayers, wife of Roy Sayers, are the beneficiaries of the Trust.
