Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that, on 27 June 2019, Tim Worlledge, Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 186 pence per share.
Following the above purchases, Mr Worlledge and his persons closely associated hold 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.138 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
