The Board of Fletcher King plc (AIM: FLK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Bailey to the Board of Directors as Finance Director, with effect from 1 November 2019.

Peter Bailey is a Chartered Accountant and joined Fletcher King in 2008. In addition to being Company Secretary of Fletcher King plc, he also manages the finance and compliance functions for all Group Companies and property funds. Prior roles include finance director at an IT management consultancy and 10 years in practice with a top 10 accountancy firm, which included 5 years in the corporate finance advisory and transaction services teams.

David Fletcher, Executive Chairman, commented: "I am delighted that Peter is joining the Board as Finance Director. He has been with the Company for over ten years and his experience and knowledge is invaluable to us."

Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information is disclosed in respect of Peter Edwin Bailey (aged 51):

Peter Bailey holds 200,000 share options under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme.
