Surrender of Existing Options and Director/PDMR Dealings
The Board of Fletcher King PLC (AIM: FLK) announces that certain Directors, a PDMR and employees of the Company have surrendered, in aggregate, 920,000 options over new Ordinary Shares which were granted on 5 October 2021 ("Option Surrender") for nil consideration.
As at the date of this announcement and following the Option Surrender, there is a total of 920,000 options over new Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 9% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of the UK Market Abuse Regulation and the Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this announcement.
