The Company announces that it received notification on 17 June 2022 that on 17 June 2022 Alexander Fiske-Harrison, a non-executive director of Fiske, disposed of 30,000 Fiske ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 67.5 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.25% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Following the disposal, Mr Fiske-Harrison is now interested in 162,500 Ordinary Shares, which represents 1.37% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
