Director Dealing
The Company announces that it received notification on 5 July 2023 that on 5 July 2023 Tony Robert Pattison, an executive director of Fiske, acquired 31,500 Fiske ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62.0 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.27% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The acquisition is made up of 20,000 shares from Alexander Fiske Harrison, a non- executive director of Fiske and 11,500 shares from Clive Fiske Harrison, an executive director and Chairman of Fiske.
Following this transaction Mr Pattison and his wife are now interested in 465,617 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.94% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, Alexander Fiske Harrison is now interested in 112,500 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.95% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Clive Fiske Harrison is now interested in 1,993,328 Ordinary Shares, which represents 16.85% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
