Fastjet Plc ("Fastjet" or the "Company"; AIM:FJET)

Issue of Equity

Fastjet announces that, further to the announcement of 10 December 2012, 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") have been issued, conditional only upon admission, to Mr. Richard Blakesley, and that application has been made for the admission of these to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 14 December 2012.

Following admission, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company will consist of 1,848,944,339 Shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.
