Rubicon Software Group PLC, a leading provider of enterprise class CRM, xRM and Microsoft SharePoint collaboration solutions, announces that it was informed on 25 January 2010 that Mark Peters, a former Director of the Group, has transferred 1,500,000 shares into a SIPP. The shares are now registered in the name LR Nominees Limited. There has been no change in beneficial ownership and Mr Peters continues to be interested in approximately 9.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
