Total Voting Rights
Fishing Republic announces that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rules, as at 31 December 2015 it had 26,875,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 26,875,000.
The above figure of 26,875,000 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
