Result of AGM
Frontier IP, which specialises in the commercialisation of intellectual property, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 41 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh EH2 4HQ today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
A copy of the resolutions proposed and passed at the AGM are contained in the Notice of the AGM which is available for viewing on the Company's website.
