FINSBURY FOOD GROUP PLC23 January 2006Directors' DealingMr David Brooks, Group Chief Executive of Finsbury Food Group plc exercised hisoption on 20th January 2006 in terms of the Company's Approved Share OptionScheme to acquire 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 29p per ordinary share.Following this transaction, Mr Brooks has a beneficial interest in 225,460ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.98 per cent of the Company'sissued ordinary share capital.Application has been made for these additional 100,000 ordinary shares in thecapital of Finsbury Food Group plc to be admitted to trading on the AlternativeInvestment Market.ENDFINSBURY FOOD GROUP PLC
