Notification pursuant to Rule 17of the AIM rules
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), Finsbury announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:
David Marshall, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has confirmed to the Company that MWB Group Holdings plc, a company of which he was a director, was placed into administration on 16 November 2012. Subsequently, on 20 November 2012, he ceased to be a director of that company.
Finsbury was and is in no way connected with the above company other than through Mr. Marshall's directorship of both companies
Save as disclosed above, there is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM Rules
