The Company has applied for 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares are being issued following the exercise of options by an employee.
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in these Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 3rd October 2013. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 65,093,496 Ordinary Shares.
