Result of EGM and Change of Name
FastForward Innovations Ltd, the AIM quoted company focusing on making investments in fast growing and industry leading businesses, announces that following the Extraordinary General Meeting that was held on 9 July 2021 at 3pm (BST), all resolutions were duly passed.
The Company expects that the change of name to Seed Innovations Limited will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 13 July 2021. The Company's TIDM will change to SEED and the ISIN and SEDOL connected with the Company's shares remain the same.
Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Seed Innovations Limited.
The change of name to Seed Innovations Limited will include a full rebranding and launch of a new website, containing the information required by AIM Rule 26, which will be found at www.seedinnovations.co from 13 July 2021.
