The College Retirement Equities Fund ("CREF") hereby informs you that on October 13, 2022, CREF bought 67,337 voting shares of Fevertree Drinks plc bringing its holdings to 2,310,771 voting shares equivalent to a voting share owner-ship percentage of 1.982% of Fevertree Drinks plc. CREF owns these shares through three of its investment accounts: the Stock Account, the Global Equities Account, and the Growth Account. It is our understanding the total voting shares outstanding of Fevertree Drinks plc is 116,563,536.For your information, CREF is a U.S. based investment company, which is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). CREF has multiple investment accounts, each with separate investment objectives and policies. All assets in the accounts are beneficially owned by CREF, and all the accounts are managed by TIAA-CREF Investment Management, LLC ("TCIM"), an SEC registered investment adviser.In addition, Teachers Advisors, LLC ("TAL"), is an SEC registered investment adviser that is affiliated with TCIM. TAL holds 1,053,331 shares of Fevertree Drinks plc equivalent to a voting share ownership percentage of 0.904% held through the separate accounts that it advises.In addition, Nuveen Asset Management, LLC ("NAM"), an affiliate of CREF, holds 162,647 voting shares of Fevertree Drinks plc, equivalent to a 0.140% voting share owner-ship percentage of Fevertree Drinks plc held through the separate accounts that it advises.A total of 3,526,749 voting shares or 3.026% of the outstanding voting shares of Fevertree Drinks plc are owned, in aggre-gate, by CREF and these affiliated funds and accounts.
