Board Change

Fever-Tree, the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers, announces that Laura Hagan has informed the Board of her decision to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the end of July 2026.

Laura joined the Board in May 2021 and has served as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees. During her tenure, she has made a significant contribution to the Board, bringing extensive HR, governance, listed company and relevant industry experience, together with valuable insight and constructive challenge as the business has continued to evolve.

Commenting on Laura's departure, Domenic De Lorenzo, Chair of Fever-Tree, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Laura for her commitment and valued contribution over the past five years. She has been an excellent colleague, providing thoughtful counsel and sound judgement throughout her time with Fever-Tree. We are grateful for her support and wish her every success for the future and the rest of her portfolio career."

Laura Hagan said: "It has been a privilege to serve on the Fever-Tree Board and to work alongside Dom, Tim, Andy and my fellow Directors during an exciting period for the business. Following Laura's departure, David Lapp will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee. David joined the Board in January 2024 and brings extensive international commercial and leadership experience.
