Issue of Options
Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on the following dates, options to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to Julie Dean, Finance Director, under the terms of the Company's EMI option scheme:

The options were granted at an exercise price of 0.5p (being the nominal value of each Ordinary Share) and are exercisable in equal amounts of one-third on the third, fourth and fifth anniversaries of the date of grant. Julie Dean is also beneficially interested in 663,000 issued Ordinary Shares, representing 1.21 per cent. of the issue share capital of the Company.
