Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 25 September 2013, it received notification that on the same date, Stephen Ashcroft, an employee of the Company, sold 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.58% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 28.0p per share.
Following this transaction, Stephen Ashcroft is beneficially interested in 3,723,000 Ordinary shares, representing 5.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.
