Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 10 June 2011, it received notification that, following the acquisition on the same date of 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Liberty SIPP Limited, a company controlled by Ian Currie, at an average price of 12.50p per share, Ian Currie is now directly and indirectly interested in 5,658,773 Ordinary Shares representing 10.316% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
