Frenkel Topping Group Employee Benefit Trust share purchase
Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 22 November 2011 it received notification that on 21 November 2011, Frenkel Topping Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") purchased 200,000 shares in the Company at a price of 15p per share, equivalent to 0.35% of the issued share capital of the Company. Following this purchase, the Company now holds in trust 694,807 Ordinary Shares representing 1.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
