Directors' Shareholdings
Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 23 November 2009 it received notification that on the same date, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 1,666,667 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 3.04% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 3p per share. David Southworth, a director of the Company, has purchased these shares.
Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 7,754,486 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.14% of the issued share capital of the Company and David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 4,550,000 Ordinary Shares representing 8.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
