Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 8 June 2010, it received notification that on 4 June 2010, David Southworth, a director of the Company, and Pamela Southworth, wife of David Southworth, each purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing a total of 0.73% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 5p per share. Following this transaction, David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 5,810,000 Ordinary Shares representing 10.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
