Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified today that on 31 March 2016, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 454,544 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per share. 227,272 of these Ordinary Shares were purchased by Jason Granite, a director of the Company and 227,272 of these Ordinary Shares were purchased by IPGL Limited.
Following the above transactions, Richard Fraser is beneficially interested in 3,868,875 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.2% of the current issued share capital of the Company and Jason Granite is beneficially interested in 10,227,272 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.8% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
