Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 30 November 2011, it received notification that on the same day, David Southworth, a director of the Company purchased 330,000 shares from his wife Pamela Southworth at a price of 14.75p. In addition David Southworth purchased 3,380,000 from the SIPP of David Southworth at a price of 14.5p. Following these transactions, David Southworth remains beneficially interested in 7,220,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 12.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.
