The Company has been notified that on 16 March 2022, Michael O'Brien, the Company's Portfolio Manager at Fundsmith LLP, the Company's Investment Manager, purchased 1,525 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,142.53p per share.
As a result of the transaction, Mr O'Brien holds a total of 31,525 Ordinary Shares.
