Federal Grid Company announces EGM results
Moscow, 22 November 2018 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company"or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies, and the owner and operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), announces the results of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) that took place on 19 November 2018.
The resolution laid out in the EGM Notice of 17 October 2018 was voted on by way of absentee vote and the following decision was taken:
Mr Andrey Murov was elected Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES, PJSC.
