Notice of cancellation of ATT Only trading
Far EasTone Telecommunications Co., Ltd. ("FET" or the "Company") submitted below announcement to the Taiwan Stock Exchange ("TWSE") through Market Observation Post System ("MOPS") on May 6, 2021.
As of April 15, 2021, the outstanding GDRs issued by the Company, listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and trading on the London Stock Exchange, were 194,460 units (representing 2,916,895 common shares). In order to reduce the related management costs, the Board of Directors resolved to terminate the GDR program and to delist from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The securities to which the cancellation of trading will relate are the Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs (ISIN code: US30733Q7079 for REG S, and ISIN code: US30733Q6089 for 144A) will be terminated effective at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, July 23, 2021.
