FD Technologies plc (the "Company") (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that on 4 February 2025 the Company allotted 9,218 new ordinary shares of £0.005 each in the Company ("the Ordinary Shares"). The allotment is pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees and the issue of new ordinary shares in relation to the vesting of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for certain employees under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth, and admission is expected to take place on 10 February 2025. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 22,094,073 ordinary shares.
