FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I),Ā a leading provider of software and consulting services, announces that Graham Ferguson, Chief Financial Officer, has today sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,500p per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Ferguson now has an interest in 172,647 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.74% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been informed that on 11 June 2014 David Anderson, Non Executive Director, and his wife each sold 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,455p per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Anderson now has an interest in 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.54% of the Company's issued share capital.
