Directors' grant of options

First Derivatives is pleased to announce that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee, the Board has today granted the following directors of the Company options over a total of 350,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Options") as detailed below:

The Options are exercisable at 415 pence per ordinary share which was the closing mid market price on the date prior to grant.
