Director's Shareholding

First Derivatives (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services to the capital markets industry, has been notified that the wife of Mr. David Anderson, a Non-Executive Director, on Friday 21 February 2014, sold 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1,250 pence per share.

As a result Mr. Anderson retains a beneficial holding of 130,000 First Derivatives ordinary shares representing approximately 0.67 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
