The Board would like to thank Mr Chicken for his serviceover the past four years. The Board is pleased to announce that Adrian John Toner joined the Company as anon-executive Director with effect from 21st November 2005. Mr Toner (38) ishead of the CBI and Allianz, Northern Ireland, where he is responsible for salesand operations. Mr Toner is currently or has been Director of the followingcompanies: Current PastRanson Productions Theatre Company Ltd Alindon Ltd There is no further information to be disclosed with regard to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules. First Derivatives also announces that David Anderson, Chairman of the Company,has acquired a further 29,300 Ordinary Shares of the Company on 21st November inan off-market deal at a price of £1.00 per Ordinary Share.
