Director's Disclosure
TheĀ ChairmanĀ of First Derivatives plcĀ ("First Derivatives")Ā Mr David Anderson is also a non executive director of Prestbury Holdings plc ("Prestbury").
Trading in Prestbury's shares onĀ AIMĀ was suspended on 10 September 2008Ā and the Official Receiver has now been appointed as liquidator of Prestbury.
This disclosure is made as a matter of record in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules. Other than Mr Anderson's directorship, the events at Prestbury have no connection with First Derivatives and have no impact on FirstĀ Derivatives or its business.
